Cheltenham Festival Leading Jockey

The Cheltenham Festival leading jockey title is decided by the number of winners. If two or more jockeys are tied placed rides are used as a tie-break. In the unlikely event of a tie when these results are taken into the account the honour is shared. There is no cash prize involved and the concept is bookmaker led. Betting on the top rider at the Cheltenham Festival is popular. Placing this type of wager means you have a horse running in most races if you back one of the leading jockeys. The most proficient jockeys who can deliver consistency are employed by the best trainers who have the backers to train the best horses.

Ruby Walsh is retained by Willie Mullins who always sends a strong team to the Cheltenham Festival from Ireland. Davy Russell rides many of Gordon Elliott’s leading Cheltenham Festival contenders so he has many winning chances. Paul Nicholls and Nicky Henderson share out their rides and Barry Geraghty and Nico de Boinville are given plenty of opportunities to ride winners.

The rules for the Cheltenham Festival leading trainer contest are the same as for the jockeys. The title is decided by the number of winners and in the case of a tie placed horse determine the outcome. The Trainer’s Championship in Britain and Ireland is based on the amount of prize money won so there is a different process at the Cheltenham Festival. In recent years jumps racing in Britain and Ireland has been dominated by a small number of trainers and this situation is replicated at the Cheltenham Festival. In 2018 Willie Mullins and Gordon Elliott trained the winners of 15 of the 28 races.

Nicky Henderson is the winning most trainer at the Cheltenham Festival and his team combines quantity with quality. He trains leading contenders with three of the four main championship races at the 2018 Cheltenham Festival. Numerically, he is well represented but Paul Nicholls is not so successful after a great run at the start of the century. However, Mullins or Elliott are fancied to be the leading trainer at the Cheltenham Festival for several years. Colin Tizzard and Phillip Hobbs will have fancied runners but not in the quantity to challenge the two trainers from Ireland who have wealthy backers.

I looked and I looked to find the best dressed men of 2012. And I have some good news. Style is definitely penetrating more and more as celebrities are becoming aware of it. They know that, in order to make lasting impressions with their fans, they have dress properly at all times.

One note before we begin. The top 10 was made by finding photos on the Internet FROM 2012. There are some stylish people that are left out simply because I couldn’t find some updated photos of themselves. Sorry guys, maybe next year.

#10. 50 Cent

Although 50 Cent’s style isn’t closely related to my own, no one can deny the fact that he’s really know to dress for what he represents: the hip-hop community. Once you get over the fact that he’s very rarely seen in formal or semi-formal clothes, you start to see some really well though-out outfits.

#9. Zac Efron

Zac Efron is an older acquaintance of ours. His style is closely related to that of Matt Bomer, his top 10 neighbor.

#8. Matt Bomer

Matt has always been an excellent style icon on and of the set. He stays strong in 2012 as well with his well fitted suits and sports jackets.

#7. Johnny Depp

Johnny is once again on top with his unique style. The photo above was taken at the MTV Movie Awards 2012 and we can all see his unique style.

#6. Bernhard Roetzel

Mr. Roetzel is probably the most well-know promoter of the formal style today. His books have inspired generations and he keeps on improving them and getting them up to date. Check out the exclusive interview Mr. Roetzel gave to BeStylish.org.

#5. Tinie Tempah

On 5th place we find the well-known British rapper, Tinie Tempah. Most of his outfits are decent and a great inspiration for style newbies. But sometimes, Tinie surprises everyone with bursts of color, like he did in the photo above.

#4. Louge Delcy (a.k.a Dapper Lou)

As we’re getting closer to the top, you’ll see mostly style bloggers in it. Dapper Lou is a world-class prepster who’s unique style is nothing like those of the other guys in the list.

#3. Filippo Fiora

Since I’m from Europe too, I’m really happy an Italian blogger made it to the top 3. By looking at Filippo’s outfits you can see how sometimes he’s socking through complexity while other time’s shocking by simplicity. You can watch his blog at TheThreeF.com.

#2. Nick Wooster

Mr. Wooster needs no introduction as he’s seen by most as one of the best style icons of all times. His somewhat extravagant tastes bring him a good dose of criticism as well, but he doesn’t seem to mind.

#1. Dan Trepanier

Dan, a.k.a The Style Blogger is a continuous source of inspiration to all of us. I could have picked any number of stylish outfits from his blog and he still would have made it as number 1. Dan has also started a new project over at TsbMen.com and we all wish him good luck on his new (ad)venture.

Every time I see style and technology coming together, I’m very excited. It’s because both are my passions and there’s just something cool when your passion is taken to another level.

In short, C&A is making these special hangers that shows electronically the number of likes that the clothing item received on Facebook. This means that you can just walk into their stores and immediately see which clothes are hot and which clothes are not.
