The Best Men Perfume Fragrances for Winter 2010 2011

man putting on cologne

If you’re looking for a perfume or if you just want something new, I’ve made a small list of some of the coolest perfumes you can buy this winter.

Needless to say a great perfume will set you apart from other guys. You’ll not only show more class but it’s a chance to make an impression other than through your clothes.

It’s worth noting that all of them were launched in 2010, so you’re guaranteed for something fresh for 2011.
Let’s start with number one.

1. The One Gentleman by D&G

This fragrance was launched in September 2010 and it quickly became very popular. It’s no wonder because its oriental notes are very seductive.
Fragrances:

  • vanilla
  • pepper
  • grapefruit
  • patchouli
  • cedarwood

If you like to dress formally, you’ll find this fragrance very elegant, perfect for your formal dinners.

2. Bleu de Chanel for Men

Bleu de Chanel is considered one of the best men perfumes launched by Chanel in a long time. Its fresh notes are perfect for the young man, looking for something new:

  • bergamont
  • lemon
  • grapefruit
  • peppermint
  • jasmine
  • ginseng
  • patchouli

3. Mark Birley For Men Charles Street

Looking for something classy? Look no further than Mark Birley For Men Charles Street. Notes include coffee, rose, raspberry, jasmine, amber, patchouli and vanilla.
It doesn’t have a lot in common with the original Mark Birley For Men but many say it’s better.

4. Van Cleef & Arpels Midnight in Paris Pour Homme

This perfume is considered to be “floral-leather”, which is kind of strange for a Men’s perfume. Floral perfumes are almost exclusively for women.
However, don’t let that discourage you from sampling it or buying. You’ll feel sparks of citrus, wood and green tea right from the get go. It’s one of those perfumes that you will either love it or hate it (as there is a lot of controversy around it). So feel free to try it out.

5. True Religion Drifter for Men

This perfume is a follow-up after True Religion, launched in 2009. If you were a fan of that, you’ll definitely like this one. Among the notes:

  • rosemary
  • apricot
  • guaiac
  • sandalwood
  • amber
  • ginger
  • pear
  • blackberry
  • grapefruit
